I noticed that whenever I drink fluids or eat anything I always end up having to cough or clear my throat due to excess mucous. I am not sick or anything I do have allergies, but I don't have post nasal drip. I am unsure what could be causing me to clear my throat after eating. What should I do?

Well normally I just eat oatmeal in the morning with water, then at lunch I just have a small snack of fruits and for dinner I usually have meat with potatoes and green beans and I still drink water. 3 Years ago I did drink a lot of soda, but I finally got out of that habit. Still I don't know why I have excess mucous.

You could be alergic to what you are drinking or eating.

What do you usually have with meals? I hope it's not soda, if it is, stop that. Full of chemicals and sugars. Milk also can cause mucus build up, many are allergic to it.

Correlation =/= causation. there's a excessive value of osteoporosis between Caucasians, and eu or eu-descended human beings (aka white human beings, Canadians, etc.) would drink extra milk than others through their standard food. this would not mean that one reasons the different. 8. I even have heard this till now, yet i've got heard from different sources that it is in simple terms an city legend. appears like on your journey it is real. So, some are extra convincing than others. i'm no longer attempting to cajole you to drink milk (i think of being vegan is super--choose for it). it is relatively useful to quote some sources in case you prefer to be relatively convincing. and unquestionably your arguments are good motives to no longer drink maximum folk of milk produced (that's, as you assert, produced in unethical circumstances and packed with hormones and junk).
