My Balls they are the Best Balls In Bedford
Chilled Meat Balls Barry’s way
1.5lbs - 2lbs extra lean ground beef or ground sirloin
1 package onion soup mix
1 cup Italian style bread crumbs
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon Chilli powder
2 tablespoons minced onion
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/4cup of Barbeque sauce
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray
In a large bowl combine all ingredients use hands to mix well
Shape into 1'’ balls
for the sauce
1 16oz can jellied cranberry sauce
1 12oz bottle chilli sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
put all ingredients in a blender.
Blend on high for 2 minutes
pour over meatballs and bake 35 to 40 minutes
These are even better if made they are made a day ahead

This is a good alternative when hot wings are too hot:
Pour 2 pounds of wings (or drumettes) in a baking dish. Pour in one cup of water, and one cup of soy sauce. Stir, refrigerate & marinate 2 hours. Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Very tasty, especially for those who can't or won't eat spicy food.

Bacon-wrapped cocktail weiners. Sprinkle with brown sugar before baking. They are awesome.

At the company Christmas party, we had spicy panko coated prawns, lamb skewers, garlic mushroom bruschetta, and mini crab cakes. It was all to die for!
