sleepovers are the most fun!!! do that and have a spa theme to it for the girls- do nails, give facials (there are a lot of home made recipes for facial creams online), look through fashion magazines, do makeup and hair, maybe a fashion show. order some pizza and have lots of other snacks, take pictures, watch a scary movie at night, play board games, have a ice cream sundae bar to make sundaes at night during your movie...sleepovers were the best!

If you happen to live in a cold climate where you could go snow tubing, that would be cool. My son's 13Th b-day was last week and I took him and a few friends (boys and girls) for night tubing and they had a blast. Most ski places offer party packages but, it was cheaper to just pay for tubing and have the party part at home. Also, a few days later we went to a party for my niece (14), to an indoor go-kart place. It was really fun, (the boys especially liked it) you got to wear the racing outfit and compete against your friends for the fastest time. They even awarded a checkered flag to the winner of each race. Everyone had a good time.

Swimming Parties with friends are always fun! Never invite boys or else things get bad with the parents and 13 is to young for a makeout party!!! So they can still talk about boys if they have a sleepover! Email me is you need more help! My older sister is the awesomest at that girly stuff!!!

This web site has a load of ideas for teen parties. It's worth the look. You might find just what you are looking for there. The second site has some games you might want to play at the party.

One really nice party theme to do during the winter is like a Hawaiian/Tropical theme with a mini improvised Tiki Bar with non-alcoholic drinks like mango juice, punch, sodas and such. You can include caribbean-style appetizers, fruits on toothpicks, ham & cheese wraps, You can give everyone Leis once they walk in and such. You guys can do like Limbo and play card games or whatever y'all are into. I really like this theme because it relaxes you and helps you in a way, escape the cold!

Good luck & have fun!

Sure. Go out and let them figure it out for themselves. They'll find something entertaining.
