A rule I learned was to XEROX every graduation certificate and class list while in the service... and of course all evaluations... almost a duplicate service record (I was Navy).

NOW... I'm guessing that you're no longer active duty... Your DD-214 should have that school listed, or MOS that required that school. Contact the scheduling-NCO at that school in Ft Leonardwood... and prepare to give information to assist them in tracking down your class information.

I KNOW that my old school (FASOTRAGRUPAC) keeps digital records of all students / graduates back 15 years... I was the one who built their system and did 80% of the data-entry.

GOOD LUCK

Army Training Certificate

You dont need a copy of the nice certificate they gave you at graduation -- you need proof that you completed the training, and probably some guide to what that means to a civilian.

You need an AARTS transcript!!

The Army keeps records what what official schools you go to, and has civilian training / college counterpart decriptions for them all. See the links at the bottom. You can get your AARTS transcript online or order one to be mailed. It is accepted by universities and most job training centers.

"AARTS is a computerized transcript system that produces official transcripts for eligible soldiers upon request by combining a soldier's military education, training and experience with descriptions and credit recommendations developed by the American Council on Education (ACE)."

Good luck and God Bless!
