what is the situation? like a date, hangout, just passing time?
taking a walk, window shopping, and a picnic are all things my friends and i like to do without having to spend money.

Tobogganing (if ur really hurting for money, u can use cardboard boxes lol), star watching (can bring a flashlight and a constellation book, or printouts from online and try to find the constellations)

Besides hiking? Love going to the airport and watching planes taking off...sit with someone and imagine things about the occupants and people in the airport...people watching is fun.
Move to DC...TONS of fun stuff to do here :)

Body surf. Dance outside a noisey club. Take a hike, even if you live in a large city.
