it out through their mouth to clear sinuses or for colds? I saw someone doing this once...not sure how they did it without breathing it into their lungs...

This was an old deaf lady in a nursing home...I doubt she was on cocaine...there is also a yoga thing about working a damp twisted cloth up your nose and out your mouth to clean sinuses too...not sure how they do that either..

There's an ancient remedy called a neti pot. Its filled with warm saltwater, which is flushed into one side of the nose and out the other. These things are supposed to be great for relieving stuffy and irritated noses. Kind of bizarre - but they work.

I wouldn't want to because of the water getting into your lungs may cause pneumonia or something, I would be scared too.==

dang, I lost the site, ooops! anyway yes, definitely , especially with a saline solution. Mix one half tsp. salt to two cups water & use baby syringe ... squeeze ,squeeze, squeeze, & let it run out other nostril then do other side It will clear infection from sinus also youcan breath better & can help headaches, gee I'm going to go do mine Thanks for reminder Evie
