I am a vegetarian (no meat, and no eggs/milk). I'm running out of things to eat! Any good recipes? Also, what is a replacement for eggs?

If you go somewhere like Whole Foods, you can actually buy Egg Replacement. I love to cook, so I went to barnes and Nobles, and got vegetarian cookbooks, they also have neat recipes online. If you don't like cooking, I suggest going somewhere like trader joes, or whole foods, and buy soy products, they taste just like meat!

Burritos, pizza (you can leave off the cheese & pile it with your favorite veggies), stir-fried dishes. If you like spicy foods try some Indian or Thai veg dishes-- I could live off of those & fresh fruit.
I use EnRgy egg replacer. It's vegan & comes in powder form. It works best when you add water & whip it up with a fork before adding it to your other ingredients.

A Vegan friend of mine got me hooked on baked potatoes with some form of Vegetarian/Vegan soup poured over the top. Tasty.

well just as i did tonight. think of your favorite chinese food and make it but with tofu instead. there are so many food options with being a vegetarian. do you eat any dairy because you sound vegan to me. soy is a replacement for everithing! just go to an organic food market.

Stir Fry (without meat). Its very yummy and it's mostly healthy veggies. You can pick up a pack of frozen stir fry and cook it. You can get it at any grocery store.

Good Luck =)
Merry Christmas*
