i live in subsidized housing and we hav neighbors that smoke more than you could evr imagine!!! it goes right through the walls so right now i am drowning in smoke! this has to be iligal or something! can someone pleeze give me something that i can do to get them kicked out,fined or something else. i am sick of all the smock!! oh yeah i couldnt even sleep in mi own room because u could taste the smoke in there!

You will have to let the manager handle it.
Maybe they can smoke next to a window so the smoke will go out instead of through the walls

Your options depend on the rules. If the housing development is supposed to be non-smoking, then you can probably get them kicked out, if not, then your only option is to find another place to live.

Move... Smokers have their rights also. Their in their own home. Smoking is legal in the USA. Sorry to be so rude, but I am so tired of communism in the US and what your speaking of is trying to control others in their own home. I'm not even going to go any further with this. Deal with it or move.
