You should listen to your physician, that is the most reasonable
thing to do.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

I've had type 2 diabetes for several years now. I was taking several oral diabetic medications, but my blood sugar was still running too High. My doctor wanted me to go on the insulin, but I was scare of taking insulin. Later on I started having problems with the nerves in my feet & it steadily got worse. So,I decided to try the insulin my doctor prescribed. It wasn't as bad as I thought, and my doctor was right, the insulin helped my blood sugar to come down.I also watched my diet and walked too. The bad pain I was having in my feet was "Nerve Damage" caused from my blood sugar staying too "High" over a long period of time. I wish I had listened to my doctor and went on the insulin sooner than I did, because now with the insulin, my diet, and my walking I don't have that bad pain like I use to before the insulin. My blood sugar is in "Control" now for the first time in a long time.My advice would be listen to your doctor if he thinks it's best. Don't be like me and wait until you start to
have "Complications" from your diabetes,go ahead and try it.You will feel a lot better physically
too.The question of: is it good to take insulin or oral medication.Just trust your doctor with this. He knows all about the "Complications" that can happen if you don't get your blood sugar in control
Sometimes the pills alone cann't do it.They need help.

My free advice to you is that take 1.25 ltr of pure water early in the morning as soon as you wake up. Then finish up your morning duties winthin 15/30 mints. Go for a brisk walk for about one hour, if possible.outside. Then do your normal work, Your diet should be a limited one. Do pranayam and meditations in the morning and evening. Dont worry abt anything. No tabs or insulin. If you continue this practise for 6 months you will definitely find a change in your health and mind. Another good medicine is LAUGHING.

You should understand that Insulins are natural hormones of our body (secreted by the pancreas) which regulate our blood sugar levels. But we are reluctant to take insulins as people have myths about insulins. I would suggest that Insulins are till date the best treatment for Diabetes.

Your dr knows what you need. You do not want to get on insulin unless it is absolutely necessary.I read in a diabetic magazine that when you go on insulin, you can always go back to the pill later if your dr thinks your sugar is more under control.

Your physician knows your body better than us. Listen to him. Remember, there was some research done by Pune based doctors and they found that diabetic patients are more prone to get heart attack. Along with mediation for diabetes, start taking medicines for your heart also. Indian Mulberry is quite effective in controlling bith the types of diabetes. There are ayurvedic capssules to prevent heart attacks. Taking a pinch of cinnamonpowder at bed time with warm water is good for diabetes as well as heart.

Diabetes is a disease that must, and can, be controlled. It has serious medical consequences if left uncontrolled. The first question you should ask is: "Do I have my blood sugar under control with oral meds?"
If the answer is "No", you do the math. Do you continue what you've been doing for 5 years with poor results, or do you try something else that has worked well for millions of people?

If you are having diabetes only for 5 years then it is type 2 or adult onset type. and it is usually controlled easily by oral medication (Tabs) and by diet modifications.Insulin is given in the early phase to bring the sugar level promptly down to normal level as it is seen that the sugar level is quite high when the disease is first detected Do not consult just any doctor. If you do not have an endocrinologist in your area then consult a physician who is M.D. in general medicine.
