I cannot eat any processed foods nor any with Preservatives. I also am allergic to all diary products. I am wondering if there is a website or any other resource where I can fine recipes and types of foods I can eat. Can anyone help?

I don't really know of any websites, but check out Boars Head Brand meats for lunch meats and things of that sort.

Also, there tons of organics foods out now including snacks and candy. Check your local grocery store to see if the carry organic foods or go to a health food store. Hope this helps.

Google some vegan websites for dairy free recipes. Spend a lot of time at the local farmer's market. Chat with the vendors for recipe ideas for their produce and google some of the vegetarian web sites for recipes.

The new frozen Stouffer's meals that you buy at the supermarket state that they do not use preservatives. My husband and I often eat these on the weekend and they are delicious. We add a salad and a side dish of veggies to go along with them.

The recipes are no different from regular recipes. Just use whole wheat, brown sugar, and other all natural ingredients.
