Stop eating meat. If you are a sometime vegetarian, you can eat fish. If you want to be a vegan, stop eating anything that haas ever had contact with an animal (that includes milk, cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, chocolate, etc.)

It helps to figure out which faux meats you do & don't like... then you can keep eating your favorite meals but replace the meat with faux meats. Here's a list of good products: http://vegcooking.com/guide-favs.asp
Some people transition over the course of a few weeks and some switch overnight so feel free to go at your own pace. Good luck!

I started by only eating meat once a week to see if i could handle it and I went completly vegetarian 2 weeks ago

Educate yourself! It's the most important thing you can do for yourself in the beginning. Learn what you should/shouldn't be eating. Find out about hidden animal ingredients, and when shopping read all labels. Eventually it all becomes easier. :)

just eat one type of meat for like a week or two and then, just go to eating no meat.
