Oatmeal with 1 tbsp of peanut butter stirred in, and crunchy nuts on top.

Any fruit, topped with 4 oz of yogurt and 1/2 c good whole grain cereal.

Corn tortilla topped with refried beans and shredded cheese.

I like a salad for breakfast! I add carrots, garbanzo beans, cucumbers & tomatoes to the lettuce. I usually have some whole grain bread with it.

Smoothies made with 2 1/2 c fruit, 1 c plain yogurt, sweetening to taste, and juice or milk to the desired consistency.

A bowl of oatmeal, an apple, and a cup of green tea. The oatmeal helps lower your cholesterol, and keeps you full for a long time. The apple has lots of fiber. The green tea has far less caffeine than coffee, but enough to help wake you up. It also has a lot of antioxidants which neutralize free radicals to help slow down the aging process and has been shown to help prevent many cancers.

Try corn grits, oatmeal (go for steel-cut oatmeal and not instant), or quinoa flakes (you can get it in the breakfast aisle in health food stores). None of those have wheat and they can be eaten in the place of cereal. You can add fruits into your quinoa/oatmeal and have a glass of fortified soy milk (or regular milk if you don't mind dairy) and that'll do.

I suppose you are quite limited removing eggs and wheat. I can think of a fresh fruit medely with Devonshire Cream, fresh ground coffee, and some rolled oats, brown sugar and cream.
