after going to the doctor the doctor told him that he has high cholestrol. even being told taht he still eats very unhealthy. i am worried because he could just have heart attack any time now.

Maybe you can help out by preparing some healthy meals for him, or offer to exercise with him before or after work. A activity like taking a 20 minute walk 3-4 times per week can make a huge difference in heart attack risk. There's tons of info at this link:

well you need to punch him right in the nose,just kidding he's a grown man,if he'll listen to ya and Love's ya he'll at least try to do something ,but the cholesterol isn't his only problem here, he being irresponsible to his family and you. how about educating him first to all of this ,and so what he has high cholesterol some people have it and live a long time , the heart attack will came from something else.

Your Dad needs to start eating healthy and start exercising and stop eating a lot of unhealthy food. and watch his cholesterol level. hope I helped.

He should work out a diet with the doctor.
What's acceptable / what's not.
Also tell him you care and don't want him to die. That would be selfish.
