What are some good ideas for an adult sleepover party,,, besides watching movies, doing massages, pedicures etc.

Depending on what season it is .. would be nice to have a pool party and a campout in the backyard with a bonfire, marshmallows toasting, scarey stories, (maybe even swap partners .. lol)

Play boardgames/parlour games (pool, darts, etc)
Cook different things
the way you make this sound, its for women, so find out what interests your women friends, and ask for suggestions from them.
Worst case scenario you invite a male stripper and have fun :D

a lot of alcohol and a good hangover the next day. then you know you've had a good party.
oh, and knowing the deepest and darkest thoughts of the people with you that they thought they'd never share. that always keeps things intersting.
