I am in charge of the Co Party this year and boss wants to give out recognition certificates. I need help on ideas that are cute, funny, seriouse, and creative to put on variose certificates and we are going to vote for which on fits who. I need as many as you can come up with. I have so far "Most likely to be absent on Friday" " Plays well with others" ect. ANY help would be greatly appreciated!

I've always been fond of a funny 'Certificate of Non-Appreciation' containing several humorous actions of the recepient. I have received more than one my own self and they can be fun if written right and not in a negative fashion. Good luck and Merry Christmas.

the record for who came in the absolute latest on a work day and yet still clocked in.
the cheesiest excuse for missing a day of work and/or coming in late.
it depends on what type of work the employees do. Are they office people or what?
