a friend of mines has a headache sever, no cough,no congestion, High fevers at night ,and chills what could it

, High fevers at night ,and chills what could it, it gets worse at night ,He has no insurance I tried to get him to go the hospital, hopefully he will if it gets worse.

sounds like the flu. Fevers under 102 are NOT high. If his fevers are over 103, then he might need a doctor. Otherwise, rest and fluids are what he needs until the virus runs it's course.

Get your friend to the ER right away. He could have spinal meningitis...which can be fatal. Ask him if he can touch his chin to his chest...if he can't ....get him to the ER NOW!
