I'm not sure of the name of this game but it is really funny.
1. Get some post it notes and one person is to write the name of an object or person on it (ie. toaster, William Shakespeare). Write one out each for everyone at the party . Don't show the notes to anyone, but fold them up and put in a bowl.
2. Each person is to retrieve a note from the bowl but not open it. They give it to a partner who opens it and tapes it on that persons forehead so that everyone else can see what is written on it, but not themselves. (you may need some extra tape at this point).
3. Sitting in a circle, the idea is that you take turns asking questions about who you are with either yes or no answers until you guess what you are. There is no real winner, it's just fun to see how ridiculous each other looks with a bit of paper stuck to their forehead with a word on it.
Another game that is big with Goths is to wait until it's dark then turn all the lights out. One person has to go and hide and then the others have to find them, but when they do they climb in and hide with them and be as quiet as possible. It ends up that there is just one person stumbling around a dark house alone looking for everyone else. It's really creepy, but heaps of fun.

Are you inviting boys or girls or a mix? That makes a big difference. Go with a theme. If you are doing girls get them dancing, kareoke, a spa party (facials, nails, etc.). How about a mystery party (think Clue-the board game)? What about sports trivia for boys..like a game show...with prizes. How about a Hollywood party?

Gambling with fake $. Have poker, roullete, black jack, and everyone can be given $20 in fake money. At the end have a bidding contest over prizes they can win (One big prize like a $20 gift certificate for a popular restaurant, and a bunch of smaller things like CD's, jewelry for girls, get a few things from the dollar store, candy, etc).

Taboo, Jenka (tumbling tower game), 20 questions (the generic version), card games such as UNO, various board games (Sorry-simple and basic), toss games with targets and points.
Simple prizes.
2 or 3 movies if TV available. Improvisations, have list available, split into teams, relays, etc.
Prepare their own sandwiches/banana splits and sundaes.
After all they are almost adults, just ask them.

truth or dare, prank calls, twister, limbo, have you ever.
here's quick instructions to have you ever - have every1 sit around a bowl. give every1 5 to 10 pieces of candy or coins. then say something like have you ever, french kissed a guy, etc. if you have you throw the candy or coin in the bowl. there's no real winner, but the stories you get out of it, are awesome!
