No, it only feels that way.
Ali, panic attacks are horrible. Of course you're scared! Can you call a trusted friend to be with you? Do you have a therapist or counselor you can call? If it's really bad, you could go to the emergency room, but they might be crowded with medical emergencies, and you may or may not get prompt, useful help there.
If nothing else, breathe slowly, concentrate on that, and it calms the panic. Slowing your breathing will definitely help. You will be okay, honest.
And please call your doctor's office in the morning.

I don't know but I have talked to people who have had them so bad that they believe they would have died had they not addressed the issue. I went through a very stressful time and had a few panic attacks. One of them was so painful that I went to the emergency room. The doctor just gave me a ton of ibuprofen. Whether or not you die, when your health goes, all those other things you worry about just don't seem so important anymore. If you find a good counselor I think you can find a long term solution to your panic attacks.

No, you cannot die from panic attacks. What happens if you hyperventilate and pass out, is that your body goes back to normal breathing.

What you need to find out is why you are having continuous panic attacks. Perhaps you need a counselor, a psychiatrist, or something that will help you work through these.

Good Luck.

I don't believe you can die from panic attacks but you should maybe visit the ER because your stress levels can do harm to your body and heart. If the attacks won't stop then something else medically might be going on. Why suffer in silence? Are you on medication, if not then you need to be and maybe seek some therapy to overcome these. I used to have them and there is hope but you need to seek help.

At this point, most people react to that idea and confirm that it must be true because of all the unusual feelings they’re experiencing. This is where your train

of thought creates a cycle of anxiety that produces a negative impact on your overall presenting skills.

So let that initial “Oh dear, not now” thought pass by, and immediately follow it up with the attitude of:

“There you are-I’ve been wondering when you would arrive. I’ve been expecting you to show up. By the way, I’m not in the least threatened by any of the

strange sensations you’re creating. I’m completely safe here.”

Instead of pushing the emotional energy and excitement down into your stomach, you’re moving through it.

Your body is in a slightly excited state, exactly as it should be while giving a speech-so release that energy in your self-expression. Push it out through your

presentation, not down into your stomach.

Push it out by expressing yourself more forcefully. In this way, you turn the anxiety to your advantage by using it to deliver a speech; you’ll come across as

more alive, energetic, and in the present moment.

Yes; Had you hear about "heart attacks"?

Also people in panic attacks are a magnet for "deadly accidents" like for example while driving.
