My favorite is a crab spread...it's easy and everyone eats it up at parties. Ingredients: 1 block cream cheese, 1 pkg imitation Krab, 1 bottle cocktail sauce, and Ritz Crackers.
Place the whole block on serving dish. Pour the cocktail sauce over it ( you'll use almost the whole bottle, be generous). Then, break up the Krab and pile it up on top of the cocktail sauce. Serve with a knife for spreading on the Ritz crackers.
It looks crazy, and sounds funny, but it's really good!

Not sure what you looking for so I will offer a very old one that not many people will remember.
They are called Texas Tommies (well at least when I am from)
and they are easy to make.
Ingredients:
Hot Dogs (or something close whatever your favorite is)
Cheese (again whatever your favorite is).
Sliced bacon
Toothpicks
Instructions:
1) Make a lengthwise slit a bit more that halfway through the hot dog.
2) Slice cheese and stuff the hot dog.
3) wrap the hot dog in bacon..securing at each end with a tooth pick. Hint: sometimes it helps to partially cook the bacon before wrapping.
4) Bake until the Bacon is cooked.
Then insert as many toothpicks as necessary and cut into to bite sized bits.
Then serve.
This works with a very wide range sausage types meats...some are more work than others. I.E. for cocktail wieners you will have to cut the bacon strips to size.
Like I said this one is a old one...even before Fondue. Which you can also do...I hear it is making a come back.

Well, you didn't leave any details so I am not really sure what you're looking for but keep in mind at the supermarket the pre-made trays that have veggies and dip, cheese and crackers or cubed up fruit with dip are always easy and popular for a party. And of course there are a million different dips you can do with chips or crackers. Shrimp cocktail is basically no work, and always a hit.

Get a black of cream cheese, then pour about 3/4 cups of chunky salsa on top, add some shredded cheddar cheese just about 1/2 cup heated in the microwave for about 45 seconds and serve with rits crackers.
Buy 2 boxes of rits crackers and a black of mozzorrella cheese cut the cheese in a rectangle peices and pu it in the middle of 2 crackers like a sandwitch and then bake for about 20 minutes, its like having cheese sticks without the FRIED and FAT. I got thosse from Yahho food you should look some up they have really good ideas!!!

If you want to try something different which in my opinion is the best snack on the planet, get some pita pocket bread, cut it in 6 triangle pieces. open each triangle and divide into two. You get about 72 triangle to a package of pockets. Sprinkle with garlic flavored olive oil (buy or make) and tiny bit of salt and bake at 350F for about 5 minutes or until crispy. Purchase hummus as a dip for the chips. I personally eat just the chips, they really are the BEST!

Sliced apples, cheese or mozzarella sticks. Don't know how you feel about microwaveable food but buffalo wings doesn't take that that long to heat up.
