Yahoo answers says to have OAT meals in the morning. How does one make OAT Meal. Please help

Oh man, the easiest thing on earth!

They sell it in big round boxes at the grocery store.
You pour about a cup in a bowl, mix in some water, and put in the microwave for two minutes.
That's it.
If you don't have a microwave, boil the water first.
I put cinnamon in mine, with a bit of honey.

It's incredibly good for you. I will probably add years to your life, and I'm serious. Especially if you eat a lot of meat.

As per directions.

Obtain oats - in the US usually "Quaker Oats". If using the "Old Fashioned" type: mix 1 part oats with 2 parts water and a pinch of salt; microwave for 3 minutes; add milk and sugar (I use rasins and Splenda); cool somewhat and eat. If using "Quick Oats" decrease time to 1 minute.

Good grief! Buy a box of oatmeal and follow the directions on the box.
