That depends entirely on your meaning if you are talking about globalization - I am for it - the globalization of food is the first step in understanding other cultures. If you mean Fusion - some times it works and some times not but hey you should try anyway since you only have so many opportunity's to try new foods.

I consider "Modern Food Style" a light,healthy international cuisine without heavy gravy,too much cream/fat etc.

like what is modern food to you!!!!! and the consumer? Every place is different around the world including the USA you still have classic food French, American, diners and burgers etc well it is too much prepared and the salt content is too high it is to bad to have food prepared fast it takes the joy out of home cooking!!!!!o
