I eat fish, but I don't eat egg, dairy or any other animal besides fish. I used to be on a pretty strict macrobiotic diet but is there another word for it?

Most of the vegetarian world eat some fish, poultry, or seafood, at least those people who have defined vegetarianism for centuries, not some half-baked vegetarian society, children on here, or those who are mentally constipated. You would be a pesco-vegetarian or fleixtarian vegetarian.

You are whatever you choose to label yourself.
There actually isn't strictly a label for what you are describing because all the labels are for people to eat fish,dairy products but not meat, no meat or fish or any animal products at all.

Pescetarian is a pretty good description I guess.
I will ask a favor, please don't call yourself vegetarian if you eat fish. It's annoying to real vegetarians who don't eat any animals; they tend to consider the idea of vegetarianism to be a philosophy rather than a diet.
I don't care if you don't like my answer. Millions of Hindus agree with me.
