Im going to make this as brief as possible...I have lost 22 pounds in 2 weeks, the doctor says i am severly dehydrated, though i drink more than i normally do (80-100oz a day), i had a level of 80 for ketones in my urine, but she says don't worry about it. I am not dieting, i am not starving, and no one has ever tested me for diabetes so i dont know if i have that. She said she is going to run a culture on my urine, and call her back in 72 hours and see what happens from there. Im concerned...should i see another doctor? Is this something that can cause problems quickly? or will waiting however long to see her again be ok? I also have a heart condition (cardiomyopathy). What should i do?
