There is a doctor who is a founder of Eden Natural Healing Institute based out of Fremont, California, who says that sea weed rids the body of radiation. However, he was refering to the radiation people get from their microwaves. You might want to start with researching sea weed.

There can't be any such food, because radiation is energy, and nothing blocks radiation short of several inches thick lead or concrete. That being said, there might be some foods that are beneficial in helping the body repair minor damage from radiation, but certainly nothing approaching the levels of a nuclear bomb.
