he became very weak. I know he needs protein but he can not stand tofu. We already eat kosher but really want to change our diet and our childrens diet to a healthier vegetarian diet. So really the question is kinda going everywhere but We want to stay as natural as possible and stay away from processed foods so would we want to stay on an all "raw" diet and if so any suggestions for protein and meals , any feedback is much appreciated and any bood suggestions or websites would be great too. Thank you

Maybe your husband hasn't had tofu prepared properly. Freezing tofu improves its texture and makes it chewier.

However, if he really doesn't like eating it as a main dish, you can blend it into smoothies he drinks. You can also cook tempeh, an Indonesian food made of fermented soybeans.

That's if you're going to be eating cooked foods.

it should be fine, its good you are seeking advice.
i suggest going to your doctors and asking for help if you are really concerned, or at the local gym for further help.

make sure he eats eggs, cheese, green veg for iron and nuts, seeds etc. you could try hidden tofu?? as in cook it in a recipe.
eat meat replacments for more protein, and keep up your carb levels.
good luck :)

I have been a Vegan all of my life. You can get your protein from many sources. Beans are an excellent and my choice of ways to get the protein that your body needs.

A good place to look is;

Take soybean, its the best meat subsitute which gives your body good amount of protein. If you are able to take eggs, its also provides good proteins but don't take too much.
