I stopped eating meat about 4 months ago because of a medical issue. I just had my blood and "fluids" tested and they both came back with high blood sugar. I have never had this before and thought that there might be a connection with a diet change (now eating more carbs like pastas, baked potatoes). Is this normal, will it rebalance? Should I think about watching carbs as well?

This was not a fasting blood draw. It was at about 2pm, about 1 and a half after lunch.

carbs will turn into sugar in the blood. You may need to back off the pastas, potatoes and bread.

good luck!

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

High blood sugars on a fasting blood test can not be caused by your diet. If you body is not handling blood sugar you likely have diabetes. You need to see a doctor to obtain a proper evaluation and begin treatment.

Wow...that is not good.

Your fasting glucose was high? Sounds like type 1 diabetes. Your diet is probably helping you more than hurting, at this point. Good luck with it.

Carbs are sugars. You may have increased them too much.
