Better tell your parents to have you checked out by a doctor. We on the web cannot assess you, without a physical exam or other examination/s e.g. EKG,as you too young.

if the pain is on ur left arm then you might have a heart problem. but your too young to have that, make sure to tell your parents or your doctor right away, chest pain its not a good sign on a 13 year old.

if it were serious (relating to the heart), you wouldn't have lasted this long in all likelyhood

what kind of pain is it? sharp, shooting pain? dull and continuous? does it come and go? does it change with movement? have you had any physical injury in the area? exercise?

There are some heart diseases that are congenital (hereditary), all of which deserve a checkup by a cardiologist (heart doctor).

no its probably brused or something....my knees hurt 4 a long time when i bruse them (im 13 too)
