(1) Go to your local Wal-Mart food store. Purchase a few 8OZ. tubs of American Heritage Cranberry Orange Cream Cheese Spread.(This is a seasonal item usually available only in November & December but scrumptuous). Spread this on club crackers or the cracker of your choice. This product is very inexpensive--less than $2.00 per 8oz. tub.

Firm white bread, crust removed, cut in quarters, spread with soft creamed cheese, place a cucumber on top each square and sprinkle with dried dill.

just do bruschetta or something. Toasted French Bread, olive oil and fresh tomatoes.

Simple, light, fresh, good. It can be elegant if that's what you need.

veggie tray, fruit tray, brownie tray, finger sandwich tray, etc. Our local grocery store does wonderful and reasonably priced trays. Call your grocer to see what they offer. Or make your own. Congratulations on your new addition!!!!!!
