I think you should eat some meat...it it just too hard to get all the protein you need without meat. I know it can be done,,,but you end up eating a lot ot beans and dairy, just to get protein..It is healthier to eat meat...
.I love animals too, but Jesus ate meat and if it is good enough for him,,,it is good enough for me...I wish animals were treated more humanely than what they are, all animals,,but God said he gave them to us for meat....and I firmly believe that the minute an animal dies,,,it's spirit returns to God....God says, in Heaven,,,the lamb shall lie down with the lion and a little child shall lead them...so they will be in Heaven....

I'm a vegetarian =] I decided I wanted to be one since I was 3!
However I can see the bad things as well as the good things about it!
Good things:
Meat is expensive.... you'd probably save money!
Meat is fatty... you could be in better shape because of it
Animals don't usually get slaughtered in the most humane ways, and eating them isn't helping
Giving up meat gives you self dicapline and shows you can do anything if you want!
Bad things:
Ive been veggie nearly all my life and people such as grandparents STILL forget!
I know people that tried to become veggie later in life and became a bit ill from it. I think it's a bit of a shock to the body and you have to make sure you get all the vitamins you need from other foods. Maybe you should slowly turn veggie, start eating less and less of it every day/week and then remove meat from your diet completly.
Thats about it really lol!

If you like meat, but you hate what's done to the animals, check out all the analogues that are available. If you like burgers, there are so many types of veggie burgers on the market, you're sure to find one you like. There are vegan sausages, veggie deli slices, veggie crumbles, Gardenburger Riblets, veggie strips for using in stir fry, and so on. Plus, you can find recipes for making seitan (a.k.a. "wheat meat") in any vegan cookbook, and that is an *excellent* substitute for meat. You can crumble tempeh instead of ground meat into chili.
Check out "The Vegetarian Meat and Potatoes Cookbook" by Robin Robertson for excellent hearty recipes and www.vegweb.com for more recipes and resources. Also go to www.happycow.net and www.vegdining.com to find vegetarian dining options in your city. If there's a vegetarian or vegan Meetup in your city, hook up with them.
It is, of course, your decision whether or not you go veg (or just reduce your meat consumption). You have to do what's right for you.
As for those who go vegetarian later in life having problems, I went veg at 33 (and vegan a few months later), and I've had no more problems than when I was omni. In many ways, I feel better than when I ate meat.
Good luck.

Obviously, what you should or should not do with a moral dilemma is a decision only you can make. As for what I would like for you to do, it would be go veg. There are more reasons to do it than I can count, but if you really "love animals", at some point you have to realize that you are not simply an end consumer of a product that is sort of related to death, you are actively participating and supporting not only the death, but the torture of about a hundred animals per yer, maybe more.
If that bothers you, you should go veg*n.

The world is a F'd up place you becoming a vegan wont save 10,000 animals and eating meat isnt going to do much to support it. It takes a majority to make a change. I can write a report 8 pages long or go into religion about what would Jesus do but at the end of the day its up to you to decide how important it is to you.

the answer is ....u should not...
ur body needs non-veg food elements also.
I don know ur age...if u r young ...then forget about being a veg , cause u need a lot of animal protein.
and by the way...our nature has developed it's food chain naturally....so u need not to be a vegetarian ....if u dont enjoy it!

Why do you care what anyone else thinks about a lifestyle choice you are making for YOU. Really, if you are doing it because others tell you to, don't you think it's time you think for yourself??
