i threw up my lunch yesterday --- also i have a bad cough and last night the stuffi coughed up was rust colred and my nose had blood in it what do i do????

You "probably" only have the flu, or a sinus infection. Only a real exam will prove out. You'll probably be fine whether or not you see a doctor.

umm.. that always happens to me.. its a urineary symbol of distress. the only cure for it is jogging at least 30 mins a day to get your heart rate up. then take cold showers and drink orange juice alot.
