cardamom does not have any milk. Its a pod with seeds and its used to give sweet fragrant flavor to food. Its added in many milk-based desserts/curries/tea.

Absolutely at last survey by the FDA fully 31% of domesticly produced and distributed Milk was Cardamom (expeller pressed) .

CArdomom is a spice...its used to flavor some milk dishes....its not milk

Not MILK~~ you can find it in your Chai tea maybe..
