I think they will have a different texture when you make them, but I think it will taste great.

They will be different in taste, color, and texture. (Unless you froze your own, maybe.) But unless you're making it for the queen, the only thing you really need to watch out for is moisture. The frozen one will be a lot wetter, so be sure you drain it well. And if the broccoli goes into the salad raw, forget it. The frozen is almost always pre-cooked.

They will be different because the frozen broccoli is partially cooked. If you blanch the raw broccoli they will be more similar.
