Cranberry relish

1 pound of fresh cranberries
1 cup of sugar (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup of orange juice
14 oz can of pineapple chunks
1 cup of walnuts

In a sauce pan, combine cranberries, sugar and orange juice and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down and let simmer for a few minutes or until the berries are tender.

Stir in pineapple chunks and chill over night.

Add walnuts right before serving.
