no... be concerned if your readings are in the 50's for a few days in a row or a number of times a month... not good... definately have doctor run tests to determine if you are a candidate for diabetes meds~~~

RE:
Is 69 really too low a fasting blood sugar level?
I had had a baked chicken and potato and salad dinner the night before, with a very sweet dessert. I heard this was too low and I've been feeling a bit sluggish lately. I have a physical scheduled for next week, but I wanted to some feedback now. Thanks everyone.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.
Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

When my sugar is that low, I use it as an excuse to have a candy bar. I don't like being below 80; I get sweaty, dizzy, my hands start shaking, and it's really hard to hear what others are saying because voices start to echo.
But if you feel fine, maybe its not a problem. Ask the Doc.
Are you type 1 or 2? I've also noticed that finishing a meal with something super sugary will cause a crash because my body will kick out a little extra insulin on its own, in addition to my oral meds.

If you're a diabetic treated with medication, yes. Otherwise, no.
If you have diabetes, your body is unable to regulate your blood sugars as well. Your body would react more sensitively to the low blood sugar too. It's typical to feel bad at 69 with diabetes. If non-diabetic, you're almost always ok.
