Its when the egg white and yolk have been beaten together so they become one mixture. Adding a lil bit of milk, keeps them soft and moist. Always cook your eggs on low to med heat, with a small amount of cooking fat- either oil, bacon grease, or butter/margarine. Hope this helps.

crack a raw egg in a bowl, beat it with a fork or whisk, then cook it in a pan....tada!..scrambled egg....they call it scrambled because you have to beat it to make it fluffy!
