Anything can be a low carb recipe. No carb is almost impossible because from fruit to pasta has carbs, some have more than others. What you can do to reduce the amout of carb in your diet/meals is add more protein.
For veggies, protein would include legumes, meat alternatives, soy etc. You can make a sandwich using egg plant instead of bread. Simple things like that can reduce carbs. GL

Almost all vegetarian and vegan foods have carbs. Remember, carbs are NOT the enemy. Learn the difference between good carbs and bad carbs, and you will do fine.

Since this is in the vegetarian section, nothing. All fruits and veggies and legumes have some carbs. A lettuce salad, I suppose, would be close to zero.

A friend of mine did this no carb thing.
He ate cabbage soup for a week.
No carbs and, after a week, no friends.
