The formula is very simple.
Normal weight = (Height in cms - 100)*0.9 kgs
Find you height in cms. You measure 5'2, so your height in cms is 158.5
Your normal weight = (158.5 - 100) *0.9
= 58.5 * 0.9
= 52.65 kgs (approximately)
=116.073lb (since 1kg = 2.2lb)

I'm guessing you mean "what you should weigh" or what is a healthy weight. Unfortunately, I can't tell you a specific number, as I don't know certain detail, such as your build. Do you have a small frame or large from. I think small from goes from 104-110 or somewhere in that range. But I think 104-120 can be a normal weight. You can figure it out by calculating your BMI on a BMI calculator. (GOOGLE IT!)

If you are a female then it would be 110lbs.
If you are a male then it would be 120lbs.

* Below is the American formula for determining healthy weight / height for men and women as of this year... athletes are classified under another catagory~~~

female: 5' = 100lbs. & 5lbs. for every extra inch thereafter
male: 5' = 110lbs. & 5lbs. for every extra inch thereafter
* now if only all men & women would follow up on this formula~~~

I wanted to know what is your actual height to calculate your body mass index. If you're 5'7 at 200 pounds then you re in Obesity 1 category. :-)
