Yes, this is not for running, but for a show wherein someone will be dressed as an athelete. We want the sparkles as it is an evening event under a spotlight.

they also make special reflective tape for night-runners that is crazy reflective. You could make something theatrical with that

My first impression is to reply with "Sluts R Us", but somehow I think you're serious about the sparkles.
Such flashy running gear is only seen in reality shows that don't reflect how the real running community dresses for comfort and function.
Frankly, it sounds like you want something for a party, not for running........
