watch "A Cinderella Story", well if you haven't... There is a "ball" where you could have a costume dance, and decorate it romantically with a terrace outside, a band(like violins and such) and you could have awards for the best costume.. you could have everyone wear masks, and like have kissing games and have everyone stay with the person that they first kissed, and have the masks be taken off at midnight or something... get some good ideas from "Gossip Girl" too....
