Um no. Im vegan and even though im underage and cant vote. Do meat eaters not have a choice to eat meat just like we have a choice to not eat meat? Thats kinda like them making a law saying you cant be vegan. Besides, protesting a campaign wont do anything. Not even half the people in the US vote anyways so it wouldnt matter that much. How would that even make a law? Theres not even a bill for that and just because a few people dont vote, is not going ot make the congress pass a law.

No. How would you feel if people protested to make being vegetarian or vegan illegal? While I believe that a vegetarian diet is an amazing way to help our planet, I do not believe in forcing my views on others. If you did that, you would be no better than those who protest against gay marriage or a woman's right to choose. When you take away someone else's rights, you obliterate your own. No matter how passionately you feel about a cause, it is simply not ethical to force your beliefs or your way of life on other people.

Oh yeah, you wouldn't be able to protest at all presidential campaigns- Dennis Kucinich is vegan.

Ha ha... that would never work.
No different than making drugs or alcohol or smoking illegal. Would just go underground and be totally out of control. And besides, the government likes to make money from taxes, back-room deals, etc.

You might have better luck advocating for legislation that would make the living conditions better for factory farmed animals (wider cages for chickens, anti-debeaking laws, etc).

There's just no way that a population made up almost entirely of meat eaters is going to support laws that take away their food.

Oh Ashley, you're so awesomely clever! You must feel sooo cool. Do you? I bet you do! Don't you just love the attention? It takes about 2 days on these boards to realize that you're a retard. :)

HAHAHA

Maybe Tofurky makes "troll" flavor! Hmm I'll go see...

Oh darn, that means we vegans can't eat trolls anymore. (sarcasm hopefully noted)... :(

Way to take away our fun, ASHLEY!

Crikies...

Sure, restrict my right to eat meat, but I'm sure you'd have a cow (no pun intended) if I suggested that your "right" to abortion be restricted. Well, fine. Just let us meat meat eaters eat your unborn children. Save the chickens, kill the fetuses. Gotta love liberals. And a nut-job conservative like myself for turning this into an abortion debate, hehehe! Well hey, right to life, right?

What makes you thnk that the "vegan vote" actually matters? Simply too insignificant in terms of numbers to be a matter of concern.
