Thats a complete myth. The only way to control blood sugar levels is to watch what u eat. Avoid items that contain high sugars or eat at the end of a meal as they will be broken down easier.

The best way to control blood sugars is to eat healthy plenty of fruit and pasta and slow acting carbohydrates. This together with plenty of exercise should see you in good stead.

Coconut oil is high in fat. It doesn't control blood sugar levels. The trace mineral chromium does and also cinnamon tablets do too.xxx

I have to admit, I bought into this crazy idea. I ate it for about a month... My blood sugar skyrocketed and my cholesterol shot through the roof. I stopped ingesting the stuff months ago but my levels are going down super slowly... I wouldn't recommend this!

You called it coconut "oil" and any oil, other than pure virgin olive oil, is what you should be avoiding unless you want to go into a diabetic coma very soon.
