Only a doctor can help you with a severe UTI. No it will not turn into an STD, but it could get into your kidneys and eventually kill you. You should see a doctor ASAP if you're bleeding when you pee.

No a UTI can not turn into a STD. The itchiness you experience could be from the bacteria leaking out of your urethra and taking up residence on your skin. Are you currently taking an antibiotic for the UTI? Because if you are, then the vaginal itchiness is from the antibiotic killing off your normal vaginal flora which allows fungus to grow. (Gross, huh?) You could just be having a simple yeast infection as a response to the antibiotic. There's over the counter stuff for that.
And if you haven't seen a doc for the UTI....what the hell are you waiting for? Get to a doc now before it turns into an infection of the bladder and kidneys.

bleeding with urination is most often a severe UTI, vaginal itch is likely just a yeast infection, not an std. At any rate, see your doctor for treatment, UTI can travel to the kidneys causing pyelonephritis and cystitis, either of which can cause your kidneys to shut down, and you cannot live without your kidneys.
