There is nothing he can drink that will cure his case of the clap.
He'll have to go get antibiotics that are given via injection: shots. His personal physician or the county health department are the places he can get those shots.
Again: There is NOTHING he can drink and there are no "herbal" or "alternative" medicines that will cure this disease.
He can pretend nothing's wrong and go on without the shots until the disease causes the inevitable scarring in his urinary system and he wakes up one morning - and that morning will come soon - and can't pee. You wanna talk about PAIN? That IS pain! He was being a dumb fu*k by screwing around without a condom. Do you suppose he'll learn not to be such a dumb fu*k in the future? Let's hope so!

Azithromycin is the antibiotic of choice for this.
However, your friend must go to the doctor to 1. get tested to make sure he has gonorrhea 2. get tested for other stds. If you have one, you should get tested for others. 3. get a prescription. You must take the correct med, with the correct dose, for the correct amount of time. Otherwise, you might end up with a drug resistant strain of the bacteria. And that is not good at all.
My reccomendation is that your friend go see the doctor asap. Planned Parenthood cacn provide low cost medical care.
Hope this helps :)

Your friend will need to go to a doctor, who will probably give an injection of antibiotics, plus a prescription for oral antibiotics to be filled at the pharmacy. A follow up visit may be necessary to be sure the infection is cleared up.

Your friend needs to get himself to his doctor or the health clinic for a prescription for antibiotics. It's not uncommon for a person with gonorrhea to also have chlamydia.

Urine test and swab test should be conducted. Often chlamydia may co-infect with gonorrhea.
Consult genito-urinary medicine (GUM) clinic.
