Have you been sick? Your electrolytes could be off.
If you are a smoker you could have developed lung problems.
At any age this could be a sign of heart problems;
Get an appt. with your Dr. as soon as possible

Your symptoms are both of lungs/heart, It will be advisable for you to have a couple of tests, by your doctor, so that the problem is sorted out earlier.
MIGHT BE YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT OR CHRONIC SMOKER, ANEMIA ETC. HAVE THEM EXCLUDED.
