I painted a piece of wood furniture... primer then 2 coats of interior semi gloss enamel then the detail work with acrylic paint on top of that. It has been roughly 3 weeks since the second coat of paint and it is still tacky. Is there a clear coat that can take care of this problem? There is no possible way I could let this be a waste... it's too pretty and I love it. Somebody help please. Thank you.

The emamal is water base, I'm not sure about the primer. The acrylic detail is dry and perfect.

I've found out that the paint that I used is not good quality... it's from Home Depot and people have had problems with it. Is there some sort of sealer that may help with this problem? I appreciate the help.
