I got my first drinking ticket in September and I got my second ticket in November. My first ticket I paid 170 dollars and it was dropped. I just got my second ticket 3 days ago in a different county and I am not sure what kind of trouble i could be in. Help!

Your first ticket was not "dropped" if you paid a $170 fine. It is on your record at a first offense DUI.

A second offense is a serious matter. Indiana has a comprehensive and complex DUI law. A steep fine is the least of your problems. You may well lose your license for some time.

That the second offense is on the heels of the first will not bode well for you. GET YOURSELF A DUI ATTORNEY. The lawyer should, at least, keep you out of jail.

I suspect that checking into an alcohol rehab clinic may also be in your immediate future.

Don't know what a drinking ticket is, sorry.

You get cited for drinking? Where? Underage?

I'm not sure what a drinking ticket is either, but my guess is, you better be prepared to say Bye-Bye to some serious cash.
