Almost any veg*an cookbook will have a chocolate chip cookie recipe that doesn't call for egg. Ener-G Egg replacer is my replacement of choice (just mix the replacer powder with water before adding to the batter). Some people use applesauce or banana. 1/4 cup silken tofu per egg also works.

You can always use Ener-G egg replacer or use a bannana (one that is black works best) per egg depending on size of bannana (maybe it is more like 2 eggs) You can also just take a sugar cookie recipe and add choco chips and just omit eggs if the recipe calls for eggs. Sadly I cannot remember my vegan cookie recipe but it was a sugar cookie dough and if I had choco chips at the time I would have added them!

I am not personally a vegan, but I found this recipe on a vegan/vegetarian website. It does not contain egg at all. See the link below. Also, if this isn't the recipe for you, type in vegan chocolate chip cookies into google, and you should get a bunch of ideas! Good Luck!

You can go ahead and make the recipe without the eggs. Just add 2-3 tablespoons of water per egg to replace the moisture. I have done this and it works just fine.
