Like they all said, fiber's the big one. Insoluble fiber is good for you in that it can't be absorbed. It helps pass things through. :-) So I guess it's less a nutritional value than a digestive value.

Nope, just some various and sundry insoluble fiber content. Enjoy the green parts!
