If it smells off at all, toss it. If the area in the house was air-conditioned, and if it was consistantly on the cooler drier side, then you would probably be OK if it were only a few hours and it was meat cooked all the way through. With sour cream & all,I don't think I would chance it if it were me. Fat from the meat usually acts as a decent preservative/insulator but again, you need to be the judge. There's no food in the world that is worth getting sick over. But as a general rule, check below:

well they probably won't taste any worse then when they were fresh. And Taco bell probably made the ingredients at it's central kitchen months ago. But sitting out all night is not good.

OTH, is there really any food in a Taco Bell item that can spoil?

Taco Bell? Gee, with all the chemicals they put in their food it could stay out for a month and not rot. Eat it. If you die you die...

Why would you want to eat at Taco Bell? That's fake ethnic food.

the fact that you would even get food from taco bell says something... it can't be much worse now than it was when you got it... unless it has sour cream or something like that in it... then throw it out, and go get some real food!

DON'T EAT THEM!! I did a project in bio about the spread of bacteria. They are probably full of bacteria by this time...there are all sorts of mold, etc in the air. You could get very sick. The meat probably is not good any longer, either.

LOL! YES! As long as you dont have an insect problem...
...well unless you go sour cream...something that will spoil like that...and you may want to warm those up for a few minutes...
