Unsilenced Lamb has it right. However, I would like to broaden on that a little. When they say 'waiting on Jehovah' they mean waiting for the governing body to interpret a scripture and waiting on them to give the others directions. To 'run ahead' of Jehovah means making your own mind up about scripture and not waiting for instruction. To 'run ahead' usually means that JW's see the light about the organisation and leave, hence the instruction to 'wait on Jehovah, aka the governing body.
edit: Lavender, Melhoney has pretty much summed up the belief that the governing body willissue the command to stop preaching and then the end will come. In doing so they completely ignore the sayings of Jesus when he said 'No one knows about that day, not the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.' (Math. 24:36) Do JW's really believe that the governing body will be told by some heavenly messenger when the end is to come!!
Edit: Nina, you are right, Superman is one of the many (over 20) different personas adopted by Moises. Says a lot when JW's feel the need to post under so many different names. He should stand up and be counted if his beliefs are so strong. He is an ***.

Say, believe, and practice "not my will, but yours (Jesus') be done." Listen and be aware of the Holy Spirit's direction in your every day life. Be ready to obey when asked. Love others. Be a promise keeper. Be kind. Be ready to give others an answer about why you believe in Jesus. Be responsible for your own actions.

Is Melhoney telling the truth??? What's up with that. Sounds like the closing of the door on Noah's Ark. I'm curious about this new "close the door and Armegeddon is HERE". Any other JW's can clarify what this girl said???

I wonder it this particular ' superman' is Moises_Frias because he tends to answer with demanding an answer to his questions instead of answering them.
I think that they are running ahead of Jehovah when they make the doctrines that they have to change after wards because they are not Biblical

You have this all wrong..it is Waiting on the Governing body, and not running ahead of the governing body...Witnesses follow a Publishing company, not God.

They are not following God's warning about the false prophecies and false teachings. They thought that they are allowed to do it, authorized by God Himself.
